Hosting Limits

The limitations for each account type described above are only soft limits. In other words, if your new add hits and your site goes nuts, causing you to exceed your monthly limitation, there won't be a penalty for exceeding this soft limit. If on the other hand, you exceed your limits regularly, we will contact you to discuss a hosting plan more suitable to your needs.

The limits are in place so that we have the proper resources allocated and are able to ensure the proper performance of all our customer's websites.

A La Carte Services

• Graphic Design: Custom graphics, Photoshopped imagery, image optimization and other design elements are billed at $65 per hour plus costs incurred for things like stock photography etc (this cost can be quite nominal as we use inexpensive services such as istock.com which generally charge about $1-$3 for a web quality photo).
• Logo Design: A custom, original logo design starts at $149. We can also rework an existing logo or create one in digital format from your existing analog one.
• Custom Programming and Functionality: Custom built web applications using languages such as PHP, ASP, javascript are billed at $65 per hour.
• Configuration: Software Installation, database and server configuration and general troubleshooting are billed at $65 per hour.
• Domain Registration: We can handle to domain registration process for you as part of your web design project at our cost to register the name of around $9 per year.
• Ongoing Support: Once your site is set up we won't send you packing. For customers taking advantage of our hosting services, ongoing support is included at no extra charge. Have a support request but hosting somewhere else? We will certainly try to help you if we can or at least point you in the right direction. If you encounter problems, while being hosted elsewhere, that are caused based on server configuration or other host specific issues we will charge a negotiated fee or hourly rate based on services needed.
