Bring only macrobiotic dishes to potlucks. Due to the fact that some of the people attending the potlucks are on a healing diet, please be sure to bring, and place next to your dish, a card listing all of the ingredients you used.

This will enable everyone to know what they can safely eat in light of their own special needs. Thank you!!!
